1 Introduction

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Gameplay Rules

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rg7770 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if rg7770 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rg7770's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rg7770's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While rg7770 endeavours to maintain Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled or emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability, for which rg7770 shall not be liable.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

rg7770 reserves the right, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and/or refuse service to any player at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to pass KYC verification;

Upon account termination for cause, rg7770 may withhold any balance pending investigation. 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For all other unresolved disputes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

rg7770 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rg7770 will provide notice to registered players via email or via an in-Platform notification, and will post the updated Terms at rg7770.cam/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
